Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and alotvip ("alotvip", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at alotvip.net (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or placing any wager through the alotvip platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the alotvip platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with alotvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the alotvip platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which an account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement consistent with the guidelines established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms operating in or serving the Philippine market. alotvip does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• Residency and Access: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of alotvip is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law or the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) alotvip account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited and grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through alotvip's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any applicable regulatory authority.

alotvip reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & Identity Verification

To access the full range of alotvip services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You warrant that all information submitted during registration and subsequently updated on your account profile is truthful and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

alotvip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations. As part of this process, alotvip may request the following documentation at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS or UMID card)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing registered name matching the alotvip account)
• Source of funds declaration where transaction volumes warrant enhanced due diligence

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. alotvip will not process withdrawals to payment methods not verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alotvip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have formally notified alotvip of suspected unauthorised access through the appropriate support channel.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the alotvip platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). alotvip does not apply currency conversion fees at the platform level; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own applicable fees, which are outside alotvip's control and responsibility.

Deposits

• Deposits are processed through supported Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO fund transfers, and Metrobank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• alotvip does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the alotvip account holder.
• Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be frozen pending investigation and returned to the originating account minus any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. alotvip reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified payment channels at its discretion.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings accumulated under that bonus.
• alotvip targets a withdrawal processing time of one (1) to three (3) business days following completion of all applicable verification requirements. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where enhanced due diligence is required.
• alotvip reserves the right to perform additional security and identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC completion.

Bonuses & Promotions

alotvip may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates by game category are specified in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Exploitation: alotvip reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to terminate the account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, collusion with other players, structured betting designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct deemed to be in bad faith.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: alotvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already actively being wagered.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the alotvip platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, Relax Fishing, and all other game categories — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

alotvip utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective card, table, or game variant in play.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other available competitions — are subject to alotvip's Sportsbook Rules, which govern settlement procedures, void markets, in-play betting restrictions, maximum payout limits per event, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during gameplay, alotvip's system logs will be used as the authoritative record of all wager outcomes. Where a malfunction affects the integrity of a game outcome, alotvip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's account balance. alotvip accepts no liability for losses resulting from player-side technical failures, including internet disconnections.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alotvip platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any fictitious or third-party identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or while subject to an active self-exclusion order
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any discovered bugs must be reported to support immediately
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Charging back or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider without first attempting resolution through alotvip's official support channels
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward alotvip staff or other players via any communication channel

Account Security

You are responsible for ensuring that your login credentials are kept confidential and not shared with any other person. You are also responsible for the security of the device and network connection from which you access alotvip. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account and using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact alotvip's support team immediately via live chat or email to request an account freeze while the matter is investigated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alotvip's total aggregate liability to you — arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or any use of the platform — shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your alotvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

alotvip expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity
• Damages arising from interruptions to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider errors, delays, or failures outside alotvip's direct control
• Any consequence of a player's failure to comply with these Terms

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. alotvip makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Suspension & Termination

alotvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the platform to cease providing services to a particular account or jurisdiction
• The account holder has been identified as a minor or an individual subject to self-exclusion
• Chargebacks or payment disputes have been filed without prior engagement with alotvip support

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified account balance (excluding pending bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the most recent verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting alotvip's support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, during which time any active bonus balances and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and alotvip, you agree to first contact alotvip's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial written complaint being submitted to alotvip, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal or alternative dispute resolution process described above.

Amendments to These Terms

alotvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, alotvip will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the alotvip platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
